Teen dating abuse awareness week
February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (Teen DV Month), a national effort to raise awareness about healthy relationships and dating abuse.

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month Events Join loveisrespect’s Twitter chat @loveisrespect: “A Deeper Look at Boundaries,” on February 18 at 6 p.m. Provide Resources Loveisrespect, Break the Cycle, and the National Domestic Violence Hotline partnered to create a hotline that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Those experiencing abusive behaviors can call 1-866-331-9474, chat online, or text “loveis” to 22522 to speak with a trained peer advocate.
The club chooses three or four major charities to support and several smaller ones, donating approximately ,000 each year.
In total since its inception, the club has provided more than 1 million hours of community service, and raised more than 8,000 to support their community!
