Validating button click vb 2016

What I would do is have frm Other do nothing except receive the user entered text. Bold = True End With End If Next cloop Next rloop With Me.

I also pass in the Validation Group (which I always use) so that only the proper set of validations is executed.

I have uploaded an excel file with the forms I am talking about. The problem with a BACK button (with the OP code) is that frm Trade Sick Other is unloaded before frm Other is shown. Set Focus Exit Sub End If This thread is old, but it is still relevant because I can't get it to work ever using every suggestion in it - literally.

I actually have a "Back" button on frm Other to go back to frm Trade Sick Other and give the user an opportunity to choose the correct option if the user had mistakenly chosen the wrong choice. Anyways, do you have any suggestions in terms of how I can implement what you suggested above into what I have so far?

Enabled = False End If Unload Me End Sub Your code doesn't account for the user accidentally clicking the Other option button.

Earlier browsers did not support HTML5 File API, so normally people would use flash or Java Applets to validate file format and sizes in HTML upload forms, and most of us preferred to skip the client part letting server handle the problem.
